Medical Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Experience: 1 year Licenses: MLT-HI Certifications: MEDLABTECH(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) OR Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist, Laboratory MT-HI SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year MUST HAVE ACTIVE HI LIC (takes 10-12 weeks) .Must be willing and able to work on-call. · Must be able to report to work within 30 minutes when on-call. · Must be willing and able to perform phlebotomy.
