Salesforce Business Solution Architect – Revenue Cloud / Agentforce

Duration: Long-Term Contract (6–9 Months)
Location: Remote – North America

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud and Agentforce to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering at least 2 Salesforce implementations , preferably in large enterprise environments, along with familiarity with ARM (Application Release Management) .

The architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and defining functional architecture across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.

• Salesforce Business Solution Architecture – Mandatory
• Revenue Cloud – Mandatory
• Agentforce – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations – Mandatory
• Enterprise-level implementation experience – Strongly Preferred
• ARM (Application Release Management) familiarity – Mandatory
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
• Strong understanding of data migration, data governance, and integration architecture
• Must be authorized to work in North America

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complex Salesforce architectures spanning multiple Salesforce clouds and external enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce functional and technical solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to implementation teams.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, ERP, legacy databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Define API-led integration strategies using REST and SOAP APIs .
• Design batch, near-real-time, and real-time integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales, finance, and technical teams to define business processes and solutions.
• Lead Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud solution design, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and downstream integrations.
• Develop architecture artifacts including data models, integration specifications, and solution designs.
• Lead large-scale data migration initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Define scalable and secure migration frameworks for large data volumes.
• Provide guidance on enterprise data strategy, archival, and master data management (MDM).
• Support ARM/release management strategies for large-scale Salesforce programs.
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce programs .
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, and legacy platforms.
• Strong understanding of middleware and integration platforms.
• Experience with performance tuning, data migration, and release management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or B2B Solution Architect are a plus.
