We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a home health team serving patients throughout the Chisago City, Minnesota area . This full-time opportunity allows you to provide individualized nursing care directly in patients' homes while working alongside a supportive and experienced clinical team.
This position is an excellent fit for an LPN who is organized, compassionate, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
