What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance -- you show up ready every day High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean Ability to work independently after training A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle As part of our hiring process, we use a few short assessments to help match you to the right role and growth track. There are no wrong answers -- they just help us set you up for success. Where You'll Work You'll serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. Please note this position requires driving to the Rockwall County area for work each day. Our office is in Fate -- you'll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks. Mileage between jobs is reimbursed, but your commute to and from the area is your responsibility.
