The HIM Technician also provides telephone back‑up as needed. Qualifications Education and Training: High School diploma or its equivalent with specialized training in an approved business, secretarial school or college. Prefer specialized training in an approved Health Information Management Program. Experience: Previous medical record experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
