Key responsibilities Develop and optimize game-ready 3D assets, including hard-surface and organic models Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape virtual environments and refine user experiences Work from concept art and design briefs to ensure consistency with established visual direction Required qualifications Proven experience as a 3D Artist in game development with a strong portfolio Strong proficiency in PBR workflows, materials, and texturing for modern game engines Experience creating a variety of asset types, including environment props and interactive objects Ability to work collaboratively with designers, technical artists, and engineers Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 asset pipelines and optimization workflows
